Breath of Serenity

Take a deep breath and immerse yourself in the calm.  It's a gentle balm for the tired soul. Amid life's persistent worries,  Seek the peace that brings you back to your centre. Grant yourself the gift of pause,  It is a sacred time to bond with self.  To find the cause in the quiet:  To reflect, dream, and respond. Rest should never be a mere suggestion  But a vital act of self-care.  Neglect it not; let this confession  Be your guide to solace rare. Listen to your body's plea,  A whisper before tears cascade.  Breathe in strength, let your heart be free,  Exhale woes that have overstayed. Laugh out loud to let joy resound;  So, joy, find healing's potent spell. And, With each chuckle, health abounds;  For in laughter's dance, all shall be well. Revive, restore, and rejuvenate your spirit's gleam,  With deep breaths that reach unseen depths.  Hold for four; let go in four seconds in a stream;  And, in such tranquil breathing, find your serenity.

THE UNSPOKEN GOODBYE

In closeness, we thrived, side by side, until a single bump, our bond burned.  The threads that wove us heart to heart Untied, unravelled swiftly, pulled apart. No quest for reasons, no seeking why, just silent departures, with no fond goodbye.  Instead, we are lingering long, silence drowned; none of us seeking a turn around. Ghosted by kin, more than strangers met, a silent trend we blindly set.  To bury bonds without a word Is pride’s act, absurdly stirred. Both hands made mistakes, yet pride stood tall in ego’s lands— No queries cast, no wellness sought, just memories, with anguish fraught. When stalling struck our friendship’s core, we dug up faults deeply buried.  Eager to flee to skies so clear, we forgot the loss we should hold dear. Let us mend the ties that break easily; with words of care, let misunderstandings cease.  For in each goodbye unsaid, unshared, lies heartaches in heaps, deeply layered. So, please speak every parting gently, and leave no friendship lost in space.

TRUE LOVE IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT

In the silent gap where action gently rests,  Love blooms, a tender, unseen flower’s quest.  It asks us to shrink, to bend humbly,  To prune the excess, let the heartstrings mend. Love’s not a storm of fierce, impassioned cries,  But a seedling slow to rise underneath watchful eyes.  With care, its roots reach deep, its leaves unfold,  A journey from the sprout to love untold. Upon your heart, this truth forever press: Love comes in time and soothes fear and stress.  Forget what you’ve been taught about love before,  Love is thrilling, yes, but also sometimes shakes the core. Yet in its challenge lies the sweetest bait,  For love, that’s true; is worth patient's wait.

MISS DIAMOND:

Many gaze upon the glitter, the surface sparkle that catches the eyes, They marvel at its polished and perfect flirting dance with the senses Yet often, they miss and fail to see its worth when cloaked in nature’s clothes, For its sparkles are not to impress in its raw, uncut state. Dismissed as mere glass fragments by them who cannot tell, The diamond’s true potential and its value they dispel. But whether cut or in the rough, its essence does remain. It is worth untainted, Its value is untouched by other's authentication. To know a diamond’s heart, one must look past the sheen; Feel its weight, pulse within, and beauty yet concealed. In every form, it holds its might, from earthy beds to royal crowns, Unpolished or upon the stage, its value remains the same. Patience reveals the treasure that hasty eyes forsake, For its true worth lies beneath the surface, awaiting one awake. Let others chase the fleeting glow, mistaking glass for gem, You are more than sparkle; yo
