ONLINE BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING

 

Hello.

Welcome to 2023! As we move farther into the new year, let’s look back at some Life changing challenges and occurrences of significance in our lives and where we need to be taking some corrective measures:

Nine years separated footballer Marc-Vivienne Foe's death from a heart attack on a pitch in Lyon to that of Fabrice Muamba's near-fatal collapse at Tottenham, and another nine years passed before the famous footballer, Christian Eriksen was brought back to life in the summer of 2020!! These are stories of famous persons whose quick intervention of basic life support skills (BLS) saved them. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of needless deaths we witness in Nigeria daily the freshest of which is that of the 12 years old girl of Chrisland High School we heard died of preventable asphyxiation in Lagos, Nigeria.

It is not a signed death warrant when people collapse if you know what immediate intervention to apply to revive them or keep them from a maximum of three minutes of sudden death!

Basic Life Support (BLS) skills are what you need to ensure that given an unfortunate collapse, a person has a chance of being revived to stay alive!!

To learn those skills and how to apply them is what we intend to educate you on, free online!!!

We have done so before, but we did it in our exclusive 44, Community Road, Quickspace Health Place office, off Allen Avenue, Ikeja-Lagos. However, lately, many people have called and texted asking, "Can we have a refresher course BLS updates? And where do we obtain certificates of attendance for the last one?”

Rightly so, there have been updates by American Heart Association, the leading partner on heart matters. With the next online course, all your questions will be answered.

Further good news is that, after the BLS skills training program, we would equip you with the skills, and give you the needed support and necessary information on types of equipment to have handy during any gathering for preventive accidents. And for those wanting certificates, we would have different arrangements to make them available.

WHY WOMEN WON'T GO TO HEAVEN

First is to have the writer introduce the main character(s) and intimate something about the situation she/they are in-i.e the conflict that will provide dramatic twine for the story; (2) to get us interested and involved; and (3) to do it all in a timely fashion, i.e. it stops being an opening as soon as possible and gets on with the story.... ‘WHY WOMEN WON’T MAKE IT TO HEAVEN’ succeeded in doing just that...it introduces us to the characters, showed us where they were, and showed that they’ve gotten concerns or problems.
